District 202 is partnering with Will County to offer immunization clinics for students in kindergarten, sixth, and 12th grades.
3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on July 15
1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on July 22
8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on August 2
The fee is $23.50. Students who are Medicaid, underinsured, and uninsured are eligible to participate.
Appointments are necessary and can be made online using the Immunization Clinic Registration Form.
Appointments are limited. The Will County Health Department will contact you to schedule your appointment after you complete the form.
